Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Outpatient Therapist in Mankato, MN to join our behavioral health team.

You will focus on providing mental health treatment using evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining accurate electronic medical records in compliance with regulations.

Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field

Active, unrestricted license (LP, LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT) in MN

Preferred: 2+ years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and families

Experience with clinical documentation and EHR systems

This is a full-time role with a pay range of $64,000 – $95,000 annually.
