Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Outpatient Therapist in Mankato, MN to join our behavioral health team.

  • Provide mental health treatment using evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT.
  • Track patient progress and monitor symptoms and side effects.
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records in compliance with regulations.

    • Minimum requirements include a Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field, and an active, unrestricted license (LP, LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT). Preferred candidates have 2+ years of experience providing psychotherapy and proficiency with EHR systems.
