The Clinical Nurse provides competent, patient-centered nursing care in a hospital setting, reporting to the Nurse Manager/Director.
- Responsibilities include: Identifying learning needs, participating in patient education, evaluating and revising care plans, delivering complex care, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrates proficiency in assessing patient needs, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring safety and quality standards.
- Develops care plans with patients and families, addressing cultural and psychosocial factors, and utilizes research to inform practice.
- Promotes professional growth, intra/interdepartmental collaboration, and a safe environment.
Requirements include graduation from a nursing program, active RN licensure in North Carolina, BLS certification, and at least one year of nursing experience. This per diem role involves onsite work with a variable schedule, offering an opportunity to impact community health through excellent nursing care.
