Job Description
Seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for a full-time, mobile wound care role with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered treatment in patients’ homes.
Provide advanced wound care, assessments, and develop individualized care plans. Perform treatments such as debridement, medication management, and patient education. Travel locally (75%) with all expenses reimbursed; no on-call or weekend shifts. Qualifications include at least 1 year of wound care and provider experience, board certification, and licensure in the state.
