• 2 days per month on non-consecutive weeks
• 15 patients per day in clinic
• Outpatient surgery center and clinic
• General ENT outpatient surgery required
• ENT startup after several years without coverage
• 6 month minimum commitment with extension potential
• Chart and lab review while off-site
• Adult and pediatric general ENT
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
