In this role, you’ll

Assess and manage patients’ mental health needs

Prescribe and monitor medications under supervision

Conduct evaluations and track progress

Collaborate with nursing home staff

Maintain accurate records

Build trusting relationships with patients

Requirements include an active Nurse Practitioner license in IL, minimum 1 year of experience, and strong communication skills. Experience in psychiatry is preferred but not required.
