Job Description

Seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide mental health care for geriatric patients in nursing homes.

Assess, diagnose, and manage patients’ mental health needs, including medication management and therapy.

Collaborate with staff and partner facilities to deliver personalized, high-quality care.

Maintain accurate records and monitor patient progress.

Requirements: Active Nurse Practitioner license in IL, at least 1 year of experience, strong communication skills, and a caring attitude. Experience in psychiatry is preferred but not required.

Location: In person in Macomb, IL.
