This full-time role offers flexible scheduling with options for part-time or per diem, working Monday–Friday with some weekends/holidays as needed. The NP will collaborate with healthcare teams to assess residents, develop care plans, manage medical conditions, prescribe medications, and ensure regulatory compliance. Qualifications include NY licensure, AGNP/FNP certification, DEA registration, and 1-2 years of geriatrics experience.
