Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility in Johnstown, NY. This full-time (with flexible options) position involves collaborating with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care to residents, including assessments, treatment planning, medication management, and care coordination. The NP will document in EHR, participate in team meetings, and ensure regulatory compliance.
