Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager in Northern Mississippi to lead our nursing team in providing exceptional mental health and substance use disorder care.
Deliver high-quality nursing services, including medication administration, patient assessments, wound care, and documentation, ensuring compliance with safety and HIPAA standards.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance nursing effectiveness, manage incidents, and foster positive relationships with patients, families, and staff.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, oversee staff training, and participate in accreditation efforts.
Maintain medical supplies, manage budgets, and ensure team adherence to policies and organizational values.
Qualifications include RN licensure in Mississippi, 5+ years in behavioral health, leadership experience, and strong communication skills. Preferred BSN or higher, certifications in crisis intervention, and EMR familiarity.
