We are seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Therapist to provide outpatient mental health services in a hybrid in-office and remote setting in Minneapolis, MN.
Offer diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and therapy in both English and Spanish across diverse age groups. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical providers, to deliver integrated, client-centered care. Maintain thorough documentation, billing, and adherence to DSM-5 standards. Qualifications include an active Minnesota license (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, or LP), a master’s degree or higher, and at least two years of client care experience. Proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment is essential, with fluency in English and Spanish required.
