Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Join our in-house rehab team as a Speech Language Pathologist and make a difference in residents’ lives!

Our mission is to provide compassionate, innovative, and high-quality care in a home-like setting, focusing on individualized treatment plans to enhance independence.

Evaluate residents for swallowing and cognitive deficits

Develop and implement personalized therapy plans

Educate residents and caregivers

Provide AAC systems and training

Collaborate with other professionals for diagnostic procedures

Maintain accurate documentation and billing

Respond to family concerns and coordinate with care staff

Ensure resident safety and confidentiality

Requirements include an active Texas license, ASHA certification, and good standing with regulatory agencies.
