Registered Nurse Unit Manager (RNUM)

Job Description

Barre Gardens is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Unit Manager (RNUM) to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee patient care, ensuring each resident receives appropriate treatment according to current regulations, guidelines, and best practices. This role involves managing daily nursing operations to maintain high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate nursing activities
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Manage staff schedules and performance
Participate in resident care planning and implementation
Enhance patient care and satisfaction

Schedule:

Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Qualifications:

Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in Vermont
Prior experience as a Nurse Manager or in a supervisory nursing role

Compensation:

Salary: Up tp $49.00/hour- dependent on experience.
