Nursing Manager, NICU

Job Description

Seeking a Nursing Manager to oversee all aspects of nursing care for assigned patient groups, ensuring alignment with institutional missions.

**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor of Science in Nursing
– Current licensure as a registered nurse or multi-state licensure (eNLC)
– BLS certification within 30 days of hire
– 4+ years nursing experience, including 2+ years in management

**Responsibilities:**
– Hire, train, evaluate, and discipline staff
– Develop educational programs and oversee staff development
– Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective resource utilization
– Facilitate communication among staff, physicians, and patients
– Promote quality improvement, patient satisfaction, and compliance with standards
– Participate in outreach activities and community engagement
– Ensure adherence to policies, standards, and accreditation requirements
– Conduct daily rounds to assess patient/family satisfaction

**Work Details:**
– Full-time, exempt position, 40 hours/week
– Located in Morgantown, WV
