This position involves managing and evaluating nursing care, resources, and staff for assigned patient groups in accordance with institutional goals.

  • Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, current licensure, and Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Preferably, candidates will have specialty certification and at least four years of nursing experience, including two in management.
  • Responsibilities include staff hiring, training, performance feedback, budget management, resource utilization, communication with healthcare teams, quality improvement, patient satisfaction, and adherence to standards and policies.
  • Additional duties involve community outreach, staff development, and ensuring compliance with licensing and accreditation requirements.
  • The role is full-time, exempt, based in person, with a weekly pay range of $969.64 to $1,167.74.
