Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Counselor (LADC) in Sauk Rapids, MN, offering a $7,500 sign-on bonus and a salary range of $62,000-$75,728 annually.
Perform the 12 core functions and apply Minnesota Matrix Six Dimension knowledge.
Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and awareness of diverse norms.
Assist clients with payer mechanisms, communicate clinical criteria, and obtain funding authorizations.
Maintain professional licensure and follow client admission/discharge procedures as directed.
Attend staff meetings and trainings.
Must have current Minnesota LADC license and pass DHS background checks.
Work in person in Sauk Rapids and be willing to relocate if necessary.
