Speech Language Pathologist – SLP PRN- $3,000 Sign-on bonus!

Job Description

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for an inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Madison, Wisconsin, on a Per Diem basis, offering $50/hour and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Our facility provides compassionate care for patients with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological conditions, orthopedic issues, amputations, and traumas. Responsibilities:
– Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans
– Delegate therapy services and ensure functional, community-focused programs
– Educate patients, families, and staff
– Coordinate with other therapies and community resources

Qualifications:
– Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
– Certified CLS or completion within 90 days
– Preferred: CCC in Speech Language Pathology from ASHA
