Job Description

Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) passionate about compassionate, high-touch wound care in patients’ homes.

This full-time, salaried role offers flexible weekday hours, no on-call, weekends, evenings, or holidays, with daily local travel (reimbursed). Equipment, supplies, and training are provided.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience, are board-certified, and possess wound care knowledge. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, advanced procedures, medication management, patient education, and coordinating care with healthcare teams.
