Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

We seek a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our wound care facility, providing high-quality care for patients with complex wounds such as diabetic ulcers and pressure sores.

Conduct comprehensive wound assessments and develop personalized treatment plans, including therapies like debridement and negative pressure wound therapy.

Educate patients and families on wound management, prevention, and nutrition.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Maintain accurate EHR documentation and participate in research and quality improvement initiatives.

Monitor patient progress through follow-up visits and adjust treatments accordingly.

Skills include strong clinical critical thinking, excellent communication, proficiency with EHR, and independence in caseload management.
