Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our rehabilitation team at a pediatric long-term care facility.

Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, conducting screenings, evaluations, and developing individualized treatment plans for residents with diverse disabilities such as cognitive, communication, dysphagia, and respiratory disorders.

The role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, participating in meetings, educating families, and ensuring documentation compliance.

Ideal candidates demonstrate initiative, strong organizational and relationship-building skills, ongoing professional development, and effective communication.

Qualifications include NYS licensure in speech pathology.
