*Job Overview*
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated *Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)* to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work and clinical counseling, with a *focus on providing mental health support to individuals with severe mental illness*. This role requires a commitment to improving the mental health and well-being of clients, particularly those dealing with PTSD and other mental health challenges. The LCSW will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in various settings, including hospitals and outpatient clinics.

*Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments.
* Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients, focusing on therapeutic techniques that promote healing and recovery.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients, ensuring holistic support.
* Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies.
* Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
* Provide crisis intervention services as needed to support clients in acute distress.

*Skills*
* Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to mental health care.
* Proficiency in coding for clinical documentation purposes.
* Expertise in social work principles, practices, and ethics.
* Experience in clinical counseling techniques tailored for diverse populations.
* Familiarity with PTSD care strategies and interventions.
* Ability to manage medical records effectively while ensuring confidentiality.
* Competence in mental health counseling across various age groups, including pediatrics.
* Experience facilitating individual and group counseling sessions within clinical settings.
* Understanding of hospital protocols and procedures related to patient care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $59.06 – $64.53 per hour
