Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Behavior Health

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide mental health support to individuals with severe mental illness, including PTSD.

Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.

Provide individual and group counseling using therapeutic techniques tailored to diverse populations.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate holistic care and educate clients and families about mental health issues.

Maintain accurate, confidential records and monitor client progress, adjusting treatment as needed.

Offer crisis intervention services when necessary.

Qualifications include: strong knowledge of mental health practices, experience with severe mental illness, proficiency in clinical documentation, and familiarity with PTSD care strategies.
