Job Description

Seeking a Full-time or Part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities in Dover, NH, and nearby areas.

  • Provide primary care visits, medication reconciliations, and annual wellness exams 3-4 days weekly.
  • Examine patients, review medical records, order diagnostic tests, diagnose conditions, and propose treatments.
  • Prescribe medications, maintain accurate documentation, and educate patients and families on health and prevention.
  • Oversee overall patient health, promote wellness, and stay updated with professional development.
