Job Description

Seeking a full-time or part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities in Dover, NH, and nearby areas.


  • Perform primary care visits, medication reconciliation, and annual wellness exams 3-4 days weekly.
  • Examine patients, review medical records, order diagnostic tests, diagnose conditions, and prescribe treatments and medications.
  • Educate patients and families about health conditions, prevention, and health practices.
  • Maintain accurate records, promote patient health, and stay updated professionally.
