Job Description

Seeking a full-time or part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities in Dover, NH and nearby areas.

  • Perform primary care visits, medication reconciliations, and annual wellness exams 3-4 days weekly.
  • Examine patients, review medical records, order diagnostic tests, diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans.
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions, prevention, and promote overall wellness.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, oversee health management, and stay updated professionally.
