Job Description

Seeking a Full-time or Part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities in Dover, NH, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting patient examinations, reviewing medical records, and diagnosing conditions
• Ordering and analyzing diagnostic tests
• Prescribing medications and proposing treatment plans for chronic and infectious diseases
• Maintaining accurate records and educating patients and families on health conditions and preventive care
• Promoting overall health and wellness
