Job Description

The Therapist provides therapeutic services to youth in a residential facility, under the supervision of the Clinical Director.
Responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, psychological evaluations, and providing individual therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment updates.
They ensure timely documentation, participate in family meetings, and demonstrate cultural sensitivity.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a human services field, with licensure or progress toward licensure preferred.
Applicants must have no felony convictions, pass background and drug screenings, and be willing to relocate to Waverly, TN.
