As a Clinical Nurse in the Cardiac Observation Unit, you will provide competent nursing care aligned with professional standards, coordinate patient care using the nursing process, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Participate in patient and family education, assessing learning needs and readiness.

Evaluate and adjust care plans, ensuring positive patient outcomes and continuity of care.

Demonstrate clinical competence in managing complex patient issues, utilizing healthcare standards and policies.

Contribute to professional growth, unit goals, and quality improvement activities.

Perform comprehensive patient assessments, prioritize care, and plan with multidisciplinary resources.

Engage in research and apply relevant evidence-based practices.

Qualifications include graduation from a nursing program, current RN licensure in North Carolina, Basic Life Support certification, and at least one year of nursing experience. This full-time night position offers on-site work with 36 hours per week.
