Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide direct speech therapy services in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting.
Provide assessments, develop, and modify therapy plans following physician referrals. Oversee and evaluate care, including supervising CFYs if applicable. Document progress accurately and utilize therapy software. Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care. Participate in community health projects and maintain professional standards and confidentiality. Maintain active licensure and certification, with CPR certification required.
