Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Mental Health Therapist offering a $7,500 sign-on bonus and serving as an approved NHSC student loan repayment site.

  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based individual and couples therapy for clients of all ages.
  • Maintain compliant clinical documentation and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Requirements include LMSW or provisional license in Iowa, with 2+ years of experience preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus.
