We’re hiring a *Mental Health Therapist* to join our team, with a $7,500 sign-on bonus and support for NHSC student loan repayment.

*Essential duties include conducting psychosocial assessments, providing evidence-based individual and couples therapy to diverse clients, maintaining clinical documentation, collaborating with psychiatrists, and participating in team meetings.*

*Requirements:* LMSW or provisional license in Iowa, 2+ years of experience preferred, valid driver’s license, bilingual skills optional.
