Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Mental Health Therapist offering a $7,500 sign-on bonus and an NHSC Student Loan Repayment Site.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct initial psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based individual and couples therapy to clients of all ages.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation meeting licensure and payor standards.
Collaborate with the treatment team, including psychiatrists, to deliver comprehensive care.
Requirements:
Licensed LMSW or provisional license in Iowa; LISW, LMHC, or LMFT preferred.
2+ years of mental health experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; bilingual preferred but not required.
