Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Mental Health Therapist offering a $7,500 sign-on bonus and serving as an approved NHSC student loan repayment site.

  • Conduct initial assessments, establish treatment goals, and provide evidence-based individual and couples therapy to clients of all ages.
  • Maintain compliant clinical documentation and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including a staff psychiatrist.
  • Requirements include a LMSW or provisional license in Iowa; LISW, LMHC, or LMFT preferred, with 2+ years of experience preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus.
