Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team in Palestine, TX. The ideal candidate will bring prior clinical experience in family medicine or primary care and a commitment to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare in a community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide full-spectrum family medicine care, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management

Perform patient evaluations, physical exams, and routine screenings

Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostics

Develop and manage individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians

Educate patients and families on wellness, preventive care, and management of chronic conditions

Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation in the EMR

Qualifications

Current Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)

Previous experience in family medicine or primary care required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment

Schedule & Compensation

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule (no weekends or nights)
