• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced Critical Care Unit
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and utilize advanced life support techniques
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
• Ensure patient safety and comfort while maintaining compliance with hospital protocols
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health management
