We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience in long-term care to join our team.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Assist with admissions and crisis interventions for clients. Support Medicaid eligibility processes and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate complex patient care. Utilize EMR systems for record-keeping and case management. Provide psychotherapy, crisis management, and behavioral therapy using strong clinical skills. Communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and adhere to ethical standards. This part-time, temporary role offers $23-$28/hour, 16-24 hours/week, with paid time off, based in Lonaconing, MD, requiring in-person work and relocation if necessary.
