Job Description

Seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide therapeutic assessments, individual and group counseling, and clinical consultation for youth in foster care.

  • Conduct therapeutic assessments and collaborate on treatment plans.
  • Deliver counseling services to youth and support to foster parents.
  • Ensure compliance with all paperwork, licensing, and contractual standards.
  • Offer crisis stabilization services as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends through ongoing education and training.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

    • Requirements include a Master’s Degree in a human services field and licensure (or eligibility) as a psychiatrist, psychologist, social worker, marriage and family therapist, or counselor. The role reports to the program director, is full-time, and offers benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development. Must be able to work in London, KY, with relocation required before start date.
