Seeking a Physician Assistant for a Cardiothoracic Surgery role in Orlando, FL. This position offers clinical autonomy within a leading transplant program, including active heart and lung transplant cases, ECMO, and advanced surgeries like CABG.

Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with shared call rotation and protected rest periods. Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $250,000 annually, plus incentives and comprehensive benefits.
