Job Description

Seeking a compassionate Clinical Manager for Infant and Early Childhood Services to lead a multidisciplinary team providing evidence-based mental health care for children up to age five.

Responsibilities include supervising clinical services, guiding staff, providing direct care, and ensuring program compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

California clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT) or equivalent experience

At least 3 years in social/behavioral health, with 1 year of leadership experience

Ability to provide clinical supervision and travel within San Diego County
