This full-time position involves conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for clients seeking behavioral health services, with a focus on substance use disorders.
Responsibilities include providing individual and group therapy using evidence-based techniques, collaborating with healthcare teams, maintaining accurate documentation, and utilizing coding systems like ICD-10 and ICD-9 for diagnosis and billing. Monitoring progress and offering case management to connect clients with resources are also key duties.
Requirements include valid licensure as an LCAS, LCSW, or LCMHC, experience in behavioral health, strong assessment and therapy skills, knowledge of applied behavior analysis, and proficiency with medical documentation standards. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team are essential.
