Job Description
This full-time position involves conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for individuals seeking behavioral health services, with a focus on substance use disorders.
Responsibilities include providing individual and group therapy using evidence-based techniques, collaborating with healthcare professionals for holistic care, maintaining accurate documentation with proper coding (ICD-10/9), monitoring treatment progress, and offering case management to connect clients with resources.
Requirements include a valid license (LCAS, LCSW, or LCMHC), experience in behavioral health, knowledge of applied behavior analysis, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
