Job Description
Seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapy for clients with substance use disorders.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate holistic care
- Maintain accurate documentation using ICD-10 and ICD-9 coding standards
- Monitor treatment progress and evaluate intervention effectiveness
- Provide case management to connect clients with resources
Requirements include valid licensure (LCAS, LCSW, or LCMHC), experience in behavioral health, proficiency in assessments and therapy, knowledge of applied behavior analysis, and strong communication skills. Willing to train candidates with provisional licenses.
Position is full-time, with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development. Schedule is Monday to Friday, day shift, in-person work. Salary ranges from $54,000 to $62,000 annually. People with criminal records are encouraged to apply.
