Job Description
Seeking a full-time Unit Manager with an RN license (ASN minimum) and 1-3 years of nursing supervisory experience in long-term care or healthcare settings.
Provides resident care per care plans, monitors clinical systems, and ensures compliance with laws and regulations. Supervises and develops nursing staff, delegates tasks, and maintains staffing schedules. Conducts resident assessments, updates care plans, and documents care accurately. Performs medication and IV administration, monitors resident conditions, and responds to changes. Participates in admissions, discharges, and interdisciplinary communication.
