Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide patient-centered care in a skilled nursing facility.
Evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities, ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members; document services accurately; and contribute to team conferences and training. Supervise clinical staff and assist in professional development activities, staying current with best practices through ongoing education. Maintain a safe, positive work environment by adhering to safety protocols and demonstrating professional standards. Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP certification, licensure, and 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred. Must meet physical requirements and hold current CPR certification if required.
