Job Description
Seeking a Functional Family Therapist I-II with a starting salary of $57,000-$62,000 annually plus a $4,500 bonus package (including a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a $2,500 retention bonus). The role involves travel to clients’ homes across multiple counties to provide evidence-based family therapy using the FFT model.
**Responsibilities include:** engaging families, documenting services, monitoring treatment progress, and ensuring fidelity to the FFT model.
**Qualifications:** 1-3 years of relevant experience, a master’s degree preferred, and professional licensure (e.g., LMSW, LMFT). Candidates must pass background checks, have reliable transportation, complete required training, and demonstrate cultural competence.
