This position offers 24 hours/week (0.60 FTE) with flexible weekday hours, working across diverse settings like Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, Outpatient, and Home Health.

Our collaborative team provides high-quality care with a multidisciplinary approach, including PT, OT, and SLP services.
