Job Description

Seeking compassionate clinicians for a private treatment program offering a 17-week Intensive Outpatient Program for Behavioral Health, Substance Abuse, and Co-Occurring disorders.

We provide individualized, trauma-informed care in a warm, safe environment, focusing on helping clients heal and grow.

Requirements:

NM therapy, counselor, social work, or substance abuse license (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LPCC, LADAC, LMSW, LISW, LMHC)

Experience treating trauma, mental health, and dual diagnosis clients

Experience in group and individual therapy

At least one year post-graduate experience

Knowledge of clinical documentation procedures

Responsibilities:

Conduct 4-8 weekly group therapy sessions

Manage a caseload of 10-15 individual clients

Complete clinical documentation including treatment and discharge plans

Attend weekly team meetings

We utilize a trauma-informed, integrative treatment approach incorporating cognitive behavioral, experiential, motivational interviewing, expressive arts, and body-centered therapies. The position can be full-time, part-time, or contract, with work in person.
