Job Description

Life Connections is hiring full-time School-Based Therapists to provide mental health services at Clinton Elementary Schools (Eagle Heights & Whittier).

Benefits include a $1,000 sign-on bonus, annual continuing education support, free supervision for licensed therapists pursuing full licensure, referral and mentoring bonuses, monthly awards, partial cell reimbursement, PTO, paid holidays, and health benefits covering 40-45% after 30 days.

Salary ranges from $30-$45/hour, with eligibility for productivity bonuses. Responsibilities involve providing therapy, consultation, assessments, treatment planning, and collaboration with school staff. Must be licensed in Iowa (tLMHC/LMFT/LMSW) and able to work in Olin, IA. Candidates should have strong organizational skills, professionalism, rapport-building abilities, and basic computer skills.
