Responsibilities involve providing therapy, consultation, crisis support, and collaboration with school staff to ensure student well-being. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate external referrals as needed. Attendance at monthly staff and clinical meetings is required.
Qualifications include Iowa licensure (tLMHC/LMHC, tLMFT/LMFT, LMSW/LISW), excellent organizational skills, professionalism, and proficiency with electronic records and communication tools. Must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work in or near Olin, IA.
