Job Description

We are a growing provider of psychiatric and psycho-social services supporting 600 long-term care facilities across multiple Midwest states, with expanding opportunities.

Immediate part-time openings in Peoria, IL for Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants specializing in or interested in geriatric psychiatry.

• Qualifications: Valid NP or PA license, DEA#, experience in mental health care, and strong communication skills.
• Benefits: Daytime hours, no weekends or on-call, flexible schedules, autonomy, dedicated support, interdisciplinary team, and full benefits for full-time staff.
• Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, diagnose, prescribe medications (excluding therapy), see 12-15 patients daily, collaborate with teams, and ensure documentation compliance.
• Preferred: 1+ years of geriatric mental health experience and familiarity with Medicare standards.
